Sponsor Required: New members must be sponsored by an existing member (typically the selling boathouse owner).
Boat Requirement: Members must own a powerboat 18 feet or larger.
Meeting Attendance: Prospective members must attend three monthly general meetings prior to joining.
Meetings are held the first Thursday of each month.
Winter meeting season runs September through June.
Application Approval: Membership applications are subject to Board approval.
Initial Membership Cost: Approximately $2,533 to join.
Monthly Dues: Average $350 per month.
Insurance Requirements:
Boat liability & spill policy: Minimum $500,000
Boathouse policy: Minimum $500,000
Work Party Participation: Members are required to contribute 15 hours per year to club work parties.
