1968 Trojan 3700 Sea Voyager | 39ft

1968 Trojan 37 Sea Voyager "Copacetic". This unique and special piece of history was one of the last vessels made by Shepherd as the Sea Voyager. It was named a Trojan with Trojan having purchased the Shepherd company at the time. This beauty has been kept in the same boathouse at Royal Vancouver Yacht club with the same owner for the last 40 plus years. It has been decades of love, care and attention that the owner gave this vessel and it shows in every detail. The vessel has been lifted and out of water within the past two weeks with a fresh coat of bottom paint, an annual ritual for this owner. 

Copacetic is an elegant 60’s style Canadian built sport fishing yacht. The detail in the mahogany shows that she was built in the Shepherd Niagara on the Lake facility. Copacetic has been a repeat participant in the classic Wooden Boat Festival winning her class in 2017 as best power yacht 30 feet or larger. The vessel has been set up for long range cruising with custom additions such as refrigeration and deep freezers. 

The twin 454 Crusaders provide plenty of power, with their upgraded cam shaft, balancing and ignition systems. They are 1991 model engines. Borg Waner Velvet Drives, and a silent sailor exhaust system give this silky smooth operation with a quiet fume free ride. Multiple upgrades and servicing to all areas of the propulsion system allow you to cruise stress free. 

The entrance from the cockpit into the salon is through large double mahogany doors and through these doors you have an open concept feel while you step into a piece of history.
