1969 Trawler Custom Motoryacht Cape Heima | 66ft

Originally built as a fishing boat in 1969 by the German shipyard 'Evers Werft'. MY 'Cape Heima' formerly 'Charisma' was refitted in Denmark during 2005-2008 to her current state as a motoryacht with the comfort of a houseboat. This motoryacht is very spacious and comfortably built and due to its practical layout there is a lot of living space available, making permanent living on board possible. The current berth in the port of Scheveningen is available for take over.

When the vessel was refitted in 2005-2008, the wheelhouse was replaced (aluminium) and moved forward on the vessel, the entire aft deck is now covered and can be closed with tent sections with large viewing windows (renewed in 2022). On the aft deck is a spacious outdoor kitchen installed including a barbecue, 2-burner cooker, fridge and wine cooler. Under the covered bow on the foreship is of course the anchor installation with space for storage and where the wash dryer is located. Through a beautiful wooden lacquered door on SB side you enter the hallway, from the hallway you have access to the aft of the vessel with the 2 x single berth but also passage to the day toilet and entrance to the saloon. The saloon is connected with the spacious living kitchen in one room. From the saloon, a staircase allows access to the wheelhouse or down to the forepeak of the vessel. In the forepeak is an extra lounge area that can also be used as an extra sleeping place. In the forepeak is the second cabin with a free-standing double bed and bathroom en suite. Furthermore, the yacht is equipped with: Fixed cupboard in saloon with integrated drinks bar, Samsung frame TV in saloon, integrated sofa with matching cushions, spacious kitchen with Siemens dishwasher and marble top, wheelhouse with removable desk top on BB side, 2 x fixed helm seat in wheelhouse, Volvo Penta EMC controls + rudder and bow thruster controls on both SB and BB side of the wheelhouse, from the wheelhouse direct access to a very spacious and open upper deck, various cupboards with lighting, modem for mobile internet on board, central vacuum cleaning system, engine room with good accessibility to all technology, tanks with manholes, central heating throughout the vessel by radiators, separate Bosch washing machine and dryer (2022), service to the Deutz main engine carried out in 2022, hull inspection report from 2022 available.
