Extremely Rare Offering Anywhere!! Amazing opportunity to own a completely renovated high quality Sumerset houseboat in a beautiful liveaboard location just outside Boston! The entire interior was removed in 2019-2020 and rebuilt to much higher than production houseboat standard. This boat now far supersedes the features and quality of any other non-renovated production houseboat and hence is essentially incomparable.  This boat has been made ready for New England winters with ceilings and walls fully insulated!  All windows are brand new thermopane for further interior climate control and efficiency. All interior walls were new and freshly painted. All floors are newer durable engineered-wood.  All appliances including washer and dryer were brand new Samsungs and high end. Most all the wiring and all of the lighting was brand new. The bottom has a newer 6 coat multi year paint job. Galley counters are newer quartz with subway tile backsplashes. All cabinetry throughout boat was installed brand new. Most amazing of all is the openness and abundance of light throughout the vessel thanks to her array of beautiful and strategically placed windows. She features a complete master suite with generously sized full bathroom and bonus laundry room with full sized washer and separate dryer. Another fabulous feature is her 4 season sunroom with panoramic views that also doubles as a second stateroom if and when needed. When you add this all up and add in the fact that the boat can reside in a charming marina very close to one of the greatest cities in the USA, you have an outstanding opportunity and value for price that will hold or even increase over the years!
