The Tollycraft 44 Cockpit Motor Yacht was U.S built in Washington, where this model was very popular for local cruising. She was an Ed Monk design. The 44 was built from 1985-1993. Tolly 44s have held the test of time as they are still very popular, some vessels brought back to original condition recently selling between $100,000 and $200,000.
The Tolly 44 is a tri cabin design with a large raised salon and staterooms fore and aft. Both staterooms have private heads with showers. The galley is down with an opposite dinette. Outside, there is generous deck area forward and aft, connected by walkaround side decks. The flybridge features L shaped seating with 2 helm chairs. The flybridge steps down to a beam width sundeck with a hardtop. Step down from the sundeck to the aft cockpit for access to the water via a transom door and swim step.
