1990 Hatteras 52 Cockpit Motor Yacht for Sale – 52 ft – Sarasota, Florida, United States

 Hatt Trick was purchased by the current owner in February of 2024. It previously had been owned for 25 years by a wealthy owner who kept the boat at their home in Stuart Florida. It was built as a “Lauderdale Lady” which meant that all the available options were incorporated into the boat as very few Lauderdale Lady boats were built each year and were show piece boats to help the sale by Hatteras of its lineup of new boats. The hard enclosure of the fly bridge and aft deck was a rare combination, both spaces are air conditioned, and it makes for an ideal configuration for both cooler and hot environments. This boat has been treated with TLC it’s whole life. The interior of the boat is in excellent condition; it has never been abused. The ash wood walls are all in excellent condition. There are no rips or tears in the wall paper in heads or staterooms. There is new teak and Holley laminate flooring in all three heads. All soft goods, bedding, dishes, cutlery, are new and of the highest quality. The rugs on the aft deck and main salon are also new. The new owner has completed work bring the boat up to demanding specifications spending approximately $96,000 in the last year. Due to unexpected circumstances the current owner will not be able to enjoy the boat.

Recent Upgrades

 In September of 2024 the boat was hauled out and a New Side Power bow thruster was installed. The bottom was pressure cleaned, sanded, and painted with two coats on the bottom and three coats at the waterline.

   All 3 Vacu Flush heads were removed and replaced with electric Dometic freshwater flush macerator toilets. All the old waste hoses for these toilets were removed and replaced with high end Head Hunter marine sanitation hose.

   In February 2025 the Salon air conditioning was completely replaced with a Dometic Emerald series 24K Titanium condensing unit and two Dometic 12K Emerald series air handlers. Additionally, all other units were serviced and inspected.

   New Fresh water system pump in March 2025.

   A New Garmin 8622 Chartplotter MFD has just been installed along with a Reactor 40 autopilot with Smart Pump and rudder feedback option. In addition, New Garmin AIS VHF radio, and aNew Fusion/Garmin Stereo has just been installed.

  A Starlink satellite internet system with router was just installed.

   In December 2024 a Brand New North Atlantic tender with aluminum hull and New Tohatsu 20hp 4 stroke engine have been added to the boat. A stern cradle was added to accommodate the tender for easy on and off while in port. 

   Updated Galley with new Refrigerator, 5 Burner electric cooktop, Tile backsplash, updated Microwave, and luxury vinyl tile flooring.

   Main engines and generator fluids and filters changed in December 2024 along with Water pump impellers.

   The is new Teak aft deck chairs and end tables as well as a new Teak chair for the Salon.

   The boat has just been Buffed, Waxed, and detailed and has a mirror finish as you can see in the photos.
