The co-ownership of this elegant Italversil Superphantom 80 has been designed to offer a high-level nautical ownership experience, eliminating the complexities, risks, and high costs associated with traditional luxury yacht ownership.
Through this program, the buyer acquires a 12.45% share of the yacht, granting them the status of official co-owner, with all associated usage rights. This formula allows for the enjoyment of a fully equipped, crewed, and managed 24.40-meter yacht, with a rational and perfectly controlled investment.
Once the acquisition of the share is formalized, the co-owner has five weeks of private use per year, carefully organized to ensure an exclusive, flexible, and conflict-free experience among owners. The planning of the weeks is done in advance, allowing the calendar to be adapted to the personal preferences of each co-owner.
This is a luxury yacht with three decks that offers nearly 300 m² of interior and exterior spaces, designed to combine comfort, functionality, and elegance. It features four spacious cabins with en-suite bathrooms, high-quality interiors, outdoor areas designed for relaxation and social life, and a complete technological setup that ensures autonomy, safety, and connectivity in any navigation area.
During the weeks of use, the co-owner enjoys the yacht with a dedicated professional crew, who take care of all operational aspects: navigation, daily maintenance, onboard service, and coordination of services. The experience is designed so that the owner only has to decide the destination and enjoy, with the peace of mind of knowing that everything is perfectly managed.
The program includes a fixed annual fee, calculated per week of use, which covers all the usual expenses of the yacht: crew, insurance, mooring at the home port, preventive and corrective maintenance, technical inspections, and operational management. This way, the co-owner avoids budget deviations and unforeseen costs, which are common in traditional ownership.
Additionally, the model offers great flexibility. In case of not using any of the assigned weeks, the co-owner can transfer them for rental, exchange them within the program, or explore other options, thus optimizing their investment and adapting it to their lifestyle.
The yacht usually sails in some of the most exclusive areas of the world, both in the Mediterranean and the Atlantic, offering the possibility of discovering different destinations each season without the need to change yachts or take on new management tasks.
In short, co-ownership represents an intelligent, efficient, and sophisticated way to access the world of luxury yachting: real ownership, full enjoyment, and professional management, with total transparency and peace of mind.
