Minkie B had a 2 foot hull extension done back in 2000 at the Hinckley Yard in Portsmouth, RI which transformed the aft deck, adding wonderful indoor and outdoor living space balance.
This yacht is a single state-room vessel allowing for a very generous working galley spanning port to starboard with stainless steel counter tops. Â It also accommodates separate and ample head and shower across from each other as you walk forward from the galley to the large state-room.
Over $350,000 have gone into major upgrades just in the last 3-4 years. Â The owners of this vessel have recognized the value of this vessel and taken on the responsibility of maintaining and upgrading her to keep her as nice now as when she was built.
