The interior teak cabinetry and teak & holly sole of this Island Packet 45 are in very good condition. UltraLeather upholstery is found in the salon. Two large double staterooms, well separated for privacy, and each with its own head and shower, are separated by a large, comfortable salon that provides a great place for entertaining and relaxing. There is a large and accommodating forward-facing navigation desk/station in the salon. The owner's cabin is up forward and spans the entire beam of the boat. The double berth is offset with generous cabinetry on the port side. The anchor locker is accessible from the spacious forward head, and there is plenty of room to enjoy comfortable showers.
