At our docks, 1999/2024 Northcoast '82 Raised Pilothouse. From 2022 to 2024 the current owner embarked on a complete refit, bringing the boat up to new 2024/2025 standards, including major overhaul of the main engines, haul-out and bottom paint and running gear and stabilizer servicing, replacing of the navigation electronics and televisions, all new headliner throughout, LED lighting, carpets, appliances, flooring, teak decks, décor and bedding, must see to appreciate. “Echoes” has enjoyed top maintenance and upgrades with knowledgeable owners since new. Built in the Pacific Northwest to the highest design standards of Jack Sarin, Echoes is capable of cruising in comfort and safety with her 2,900 gallons of fuel, water maker, stabilizers, bow thruster, multiple control stations and accommodations that include 4 staterooms, day head, walk-in engine room, plus crew quarters aft. Four staterooms plus crew. Starting aft, you have excellent boarding via a large, integral teak swim step that leads into the teak cockpit. The cockpit features two large flush deck lockers for storage, two beverage refrigerators, cockpit controls, 15-gallon gasoline dispenser, and additional storage lockers. You have centerline entrance to the aft crew quarters that offers Captain's berth, enclosed head/shower, a small crew galley with microwave oven, refrigerator & freezer, washer and dryer, and workspace area. Moving forward you enter a very neat and tidy engine room.
Moving up a few steps from the cockpit, you have a covered teak aft deck with settee seating facing aft, and complete walkaround side decks with port and starboard forward entrance boarding gates. You enter the light and bright airy salon via the aft deck or port and starboard wing doors via the enclosed pilot house. The salon has large viewing windows, both port, starboard, and aft. Full updated entertainment center, L-shaped sofa, wet bar, sink and bottle storage, updated lighting and forward open dining area.
Moving forward and to port is the updated galley. To starboard is the day head, a staircase leads up to the flybridge and there are stairs leading down to the owner's sleeping accommodations.
The enclosed pilothouse features two Stidd helm chairs, a full array of new electronics, raised banquet seating and table, port and starboard wing doors. Moving up to the bimini covered flybridge, you have twin helm chairs, an array of electronics, and large L-shape seating and table to port. To starboard you have twin built-in BBQ, sink and small refrigerator and additional storage. Aft on the boat deck is jacuzzi, tender, power rotating 2000-pound davit and aft helm docking station.
Below deck you have the owner's foyer. Mid ship aft is the master cabin with centerline king berth and ensuite his and hers heads with adjoining shared shower in between and more than ample closets and drawer storage. Moving forward in the foyer on the starboard side, you have one guest cabin with a double berth and ensuite head/shower. To port is the second guest cabin with upper and lower berths with ensuite head and shower. Moving forward is the third (VIP) Guest stateroom with centerline queen berth and ensuite head and shower. Large storage under VIP stateroom.
