• Hand laid GRP hull using triaxial glass providing approx. twice strength of conventional woven roving and five times greater impact resistance.
• Hull consolidated using proprietary pressure-fed application system.
• Hull constructed in one piece including keel.
• Exclusive Durashield gelcoat system on topsides and internally, offering superior gloss retention and resistance to fading and crazing.
• Internal engineered structural grid and structural base unit in Polycore. Integrally molded flange to secure deck.

 
Deck & Superstructure Construction:

• Molded GRP deck and superstructure incorporating self-draining cockpit.
• Hand laid triaxial and biaxial glass consolidated using proprietary pressure-fed application system.
• Deck laminate cored with PolyCore; Island Packet’s propriety microsphere a resin matrix, Island Packet offering with a 10 year guarantee for rot and delamination on all new hulls.

Keel:

• Traditional full keel.
