catamaran returning from an atlantic loop of two years, including 2 double cabins, 2 single berths, a large autonomy in electricity and water. its original design allows a height under the helm of 1.85 m, but also a height of 0. 80 m, very rare, which allows a smoother passage in rough seas... The hull bottoms are made of 18 mm red cedar epoxy sandwich, the sides and the deck are made of epoxy plywood. The live works are shaped. The keels and rudders are made of laminated wood. The profile of the deck and the cabin is designed to reduce drag for upwind sailing. The height under the beams in the saloon is 1.85 meters at the entrance. The height in the hulls is 2.00 meters. The boat measures 12.30 m long and 6.43 m wide.

The vessel starts sailing at 5 knots of wind. The cabin is 0.80m above the water, thus avoiding the usual bumps like on most catamarans.

The SPARCRAFT mast, NG 70 with two levels of spreaders, measures 15 m and the sail area is 82 m2.

The rigging was changed in 2021.

The genoa is on a Harken roller (2021).

The sails, a 43 m2 battened mainsail protected by a lazy bag and the 39 m2 genoa are from Doyle sailmakers, regularly serviced.

Energy:

The boat is self-sufficient thanks to the D400 wind turbine (silent and productive), and the solbian solar panels for 1000w (2021).

Each Honda BF15 four-stroke engine is equipped with an alternator that delivers 12 Amperes. The onboard power supply at 220 works via a Victron 1500 w inverter (sufficient for our consumption) Three AGM batteries of 230 ampere at 12 volts for service, and a 130 A battery for the engines. (2021)

This boat was built for family living, It has 2 double cabins and 2 single berths, plus one in the saloon that serves

for watchkeeping.

Two double cabins at the back of each hull with storage on each side and under the berth.

Two single cabins in the starboard hull: One in the corridor and one in the forepeak. At the bottom of each descent, there is a wardrobe with shelves.

The toilet located at the front port side is equipped with a shower and a sink. (There is a water heater but it is preferable to use it at the dock)

4 Lewmar winches, one 43 ST for the halyards and genoa sheets, one 40 ST for the mainsheet and track and two other 40 simple for the spinnaker sheets and keels.

The anchoring consists of two anchors, one Fob Hp of 25 kg and another Fob of 20 Kg, and 55 meters of 10 chain. The windlass is of the GOIOT brand.

The water tanks are placed in the bottom of each hull and treated with food-grade epoxy. There is a filter on the tank, the water is perfectly drinkable, with no taste. The capacity of each is 250 liters placed as low as possible.

For transport on land, the rigid bottom dinghy is powered by a YAMAHA enduro engine of 15 HP (2021). A gantry allows the dinghy to be lifted on board.
