This is a HIGHLY UPGRADED 350 Catalina. She has all the options and is a two-stateroom layout both having queen berths and skylights and the salon sleeps three to boot. Electric Schaefer roller furling main that is a upgrade and rolls into the boom as opposed to the mast style roller furling offering alot less hangups when bringing the main down a $20,000 upgrade, roller furling genoa and a great double forked anchoring system (holds 2 anchors) round out the forward rigging nicely. The cockpit is well appointed with dual benches, a large table with storage and dual healing chairs aft. The sugarscoop swimstep access is incredible with great dinghy access also, no more difficulty getting on a sailboat while swimming or loading the 2 YEAR OLD dinghy and outboard!!!! Accommodations
The 350 Catalina is probably the most popular 35 on the market. A great family starter sleeping 7 total in berths. The forward stateroom is a queen walkaround with lots of locker space and a dual head entry from stateroom as well as companionway. Then aft is the full dinette to port that also sleeps two and across is 2 luxury chairs and a table in between that also makes a single berth. Forward on starboard is the galley with cold plate refrigeration and a front-loading door (excellent improvement) as well as top load, no getting things buried here. Across from the galley is the chart table and electronics/electrical panel. Then to the left is a full sized companionway door to the aft cabin having a queen berth, stand up dressing room and vanity/lockers. The cockpit entrance is centerline with the motor underneath. The cockpit is very spacious with healing chairs aft and a walkthrough transom to sugar scoop swim step and dinghy access that hangs on dinghy davits. The canvas package offers a nice tall dodger with a Bimini aft and a zip out middle (best of all worlds), winch and helm covers.
