Auction of 33 Rampage Charter Boat (registered in Costa Rica) to be Sold at Auction in Costa Rica at the courthouse on the following dates below to settle Daniel O'Bryan's unpaid debt:

Boat Auction Dates (3 of them until it is sold) :

Sept 5th 2PM - (100% of debt - so starting bid around $150K)

Sept 13th 2pm - (75% of debt - so starting bid around 112K)

Sept 23rd 2pm - (25% of debt - so starting bid around 37.5K)

Auction Location: Collection Court of Guanacaste in Santa Cruz

Boat Location: Costa Rica Yacht Club - Puntarenas, Cost Rica

Boat has the better Cummins QSB 5.9 425hp, but owner couldn't get the engines to run. Boat was in working condition right before March 2021 (COVID), but was then taken to Puntarenas and put "on the hard" at Costa Rica Yacht Club - where it is today (for past 3 years).

Buyer should inspect the vessel before bidding. The owner has attempted to get the boat running and has installed new wiring harnesses and had Cummins technicians visit the boat.
