From her first owners we may offer a very lightly used Hallberg-Rassy 40 from 2009 which has spent 95% of the time on fresh water.
No expense was spared by her owners to keep her in excellent condition, annually she was stored inside in the winter shed and professionally maintained.
Due to her low number of miles under the keel, she is an excellent opportunity for the Hallberg-Rassy enthusiast, in this condition you do not often come across them!
Thanks to the built-in bow thruster, electric furling mainsail and 4(!!!) electric winches, sailing this boat is very easy. The deck is easy to walk on and on the bow you immediately notice the robust stainless steel bowsprit for the gennaker. The aft deck is wonderfully comfortable with the 2 "Gin&Tonic" seats in the sea rail. The cockpit is clear and offers good shelter on less beautiful days.
The interior is very pleasant with on the starboard side directly the U-shaped galley equipped with top loading cooler, 2-burner stove with oven and microwave. Even under slope you can feel very secure here. On the starboard side is the navigation corner with various built-in equipment such as chart plotter, GPS and behind the seat a freezer box. Thanks to the Hallberg-Rassy carpets, the floor is warm and very neat and the interior immediately becomes brighter. The 2 salon sofas also serve as pilot berths with the backrest folded up, which is a great place to sleep for multi-day trips. In the bow, opposite the large wardrobe is the wet room, equipped with shower, toilet and large storage space which is optionally intended for a washing machine.
Right in the bow is a double V-berth, where the craftsmanship of Hallberg-Rassy is expressed through beautiful vaulted wood form and various closet space.
In the stern is the "owners cabin" with a double bed on port side and single bed on Starboard. There is a convenient seating area in the middle and cupboard space all around.
