2013 Azimut 40S | 40ft

House of Yachts is pleased to present a beautifully maintained example of the sought-after Azimut 40S — a model that suits Scandinavian conditions exceptionally well.

A large aft deck combined with the electrically operated panoramic sunroof over the saloon gives the boat an airy, open feel in good weather. When needed, the space can be fully enclosed with the aft canopy, sliding glass door and solid hardtop, providing excellent protection from wind and rain.

At the stern, you will find a practical and robust hydraulic bathing platform rated for 400 kg. This leads up to an elegant seating area that easily converts into a sunbed. The teak table, teak decking and high-quality leather upholstery give the cockpit a refined, exclusive atmosphere. The sofa is neatly designed with walk-around access on both sides.

Inside the main saloon, the premium feel continues — warm, inviting materials with contrasting leathers, beautifully crafted woodwork and large surrounding windows. The signature curved side windows of the Azimut S-series provide excellent natural light and visibility for both the helmsman and guests. The compact but well-equipped galley on port includes a sink, stove, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. The helm station to starboard is elevated, ergonomic and offers very good visibility. Twin engines, thruster and joystick make the 40S remarkably easy to handle for its size.

The boat offers two cabins: the owner’s cabin forward with en-suite bathroom, and a guest cabin amidships with its own bathroom accessible from both the companionway and the cabin. This layout prioritizes comfort and privacy over maximum berth count, making the boat ideal for two couples or a family of four. Air-conditioning and heating with outlets in all rooms ensure a comfortable onboard climate throughout the season.

The boat has been freshly polished and cleaned, and can be delivered with full engine service completed ahead of the 2026 launch.
