2018 Aquila 44 Yacht for Sale – 45 ft – Destin, FL, United States

This 2018 Aquila 44 Catamaran, named "Mimi's Oasis", has NEVER been in charter service, which is a key advantage for discerning buyers. It features a spacious interior typically found in larger yachts, with a full-beam primary stateroom and two guest cabins, each equipped with private heads and enclosed showers.

This Catamaran includes a second helm station on the flybridge, providing better visibility for docking, along with approximately $60,000 in upgrades and social seating areas. Storage is abundant throughout the vessel, with large lockers ideal for lines and luggage. The boat is powered by engines in each hull for easy maneuverability, and it also comes with a center console tender and a watermaker for extended trips. "Mimi’s Oasis" offers a range of features and options, making it an exceptional choice for serious cruising.

The spacious salon and galley area includes modern appliances, a high-low table with very comfortable U-shaped seating for six adults. The table can be lowered and will then accommodate a cushion (included) that can then sleep an additional two people.

Overall, "Mimi's Oasis" is highly equipped for serious cruising and ready for viewing.
