Every once in a while, an opportunity presents itself. “Pilar" was purchased in the spring of 2023 by our long time clients with barely 100 hours. Despite being in near perfect condition (moored undercover), the new owners added the following upgrades that make Pilar utterly turn-key and state-of-the-art:
• Replaced satellite dome with Starlink + Pepwave router including cellular back-up connectivity • Added Victron system monitoring + dedicated screen for year-round remote systems monitoring via phone• Striped all exterior brightwork and re-coated with low-maintenance Awlgrip Awlwood• Added Sunbrella rail covers to protect brightwork during off-season• Replaced all house batteries with Victron lithium cells, including remote monitoring• Upgraded shower sump + reservoir with Whale impeller-less, clog-free pump• Added Infinity outdoor carpet for cockpit• Added pair of back-up propellers• Added (2) 110V outlets in cockpit• Added (2) 12V downrigger outlets with dedicated breakers• Add (2) Burnewinn quick switch marine mounts for downriggers, cleat and fishing accessories• Add custom interior synthetic sisal carpet in salon + galley• Add 110v outlet for vacuum and tool charging• Add (4) railing-mounted rod holders• Refinished cockpit table in high-gloss epoxy
Our clients are moving up to a 54’, making this an astounding opportunity for anyone looking for a low hour, near perfect Sabre 45 SE.
