2022 Boatmate Trailers Custom Tandem Axle for Nautique Ski Nautique
Secure your investment with the ultimate transport solution: a 2022 Boatmate tandem axle trailer, custom-engineered specifically for the Nautique Ski Nautique (Open/Closed Bow). Finished in a premium Mystic White, this trailer combines rugged durability with advanced towing technology to ensure your boat travels as smoothly on the road as it glides on the water.
Precision Engineering & Road Safety
Designed to offer a perfect fit for your Nautique, this Boatmate trailer eliminates the stress of towing. It features a heavy-duty tubular steel rolled A-frame design that provides superior structural integrity compared to standard C-channel frames. The suspension system utilizes torsion axles equipped with Vault Bearing Lubrication, delivering a cushioned, quiet ride that reduces vibration transfer to your hull. For maximum safety, the trailer is equipped with hydraulic surge disc brakes on all axles, providing reliable stopping power even in wet conditions or on steep ramp grades.
Durability & Finish
Built to withstand the elements, this trailer undergoes a rigorous multi-step finishing process. It starts with a detergent/iron phosphate frame pretreatment, followed by an Axalta urethane primer and a high-gloss Axalta urethane top coat in Mystic White. This ensures long-lasting corrosion resistance and a showroom-quality appearance that matches the prestige of your boat. The West Lake nitrogen-filled tires and Lions Head Tiger aluminum alloy wheels not only look great but offer improved pressure retention and cooler running temperatures for long hauls.
Convenience & Usability
Boatmate has designed this trailer with the active boater in mind. The swing-away tongue allows for easier storage in garages with limited depth. Loading and unloading are streamlined with a DL covered winch, a polyurethane bow roller, and removable guide posts that help center the boat effortlessly. Nighttime visibility is optimized with Fusion Glo lights and integrated reverse lights, ensuring you can navigate the ramp safely regardless of the hour. Additionally, the prop guard with rollers offers vital protection for your drivetrain during transit.
