The UL260LT is ideal for someone needing to carry up to four people, powered by a maximum 6hp engine, and featuring 17″ diameter large tubes (LT) for greater stability and buoyancy compared to the SS version. As the name suggests, the Ultralites’ low weight provides a real alternative for those who might have previously chosen a soft bottom tender but now seek the performance of a hard hull. Ultralite tenders are spacious and strong, yet light and easy to transport. These small boats can be launched and recovered by one person and are easily carried on a roof rack. The UL hull is constructed from 2.5mm thick powder-coated marine-grade aluminum, and the tubes are made from 1100 Decitex Valmex® PVC or Orca® Hypalon material, cut and assembled to precise standards.
