Brokers Comments:
This is a classic mid-century keel-centerboard design that was inended for serious cruising when new. A recent survey shows the hull to be in good shape. There are deck issues on the side-decks around the cockpit and the aft-deck (high moisture and delamination). She is priced accordingly. This is an estate sale, so the offering is a serious one. An 05/25 survey is available. The boat was in the water in 2024.
