"Hull
The hull is a balsa cored hand laminated, fiberglass molding built with alternating layers of mat and woven roving with unidirectional roving and additional reinforcement in high stress areas. The interior is constructed with handcrafted wood using meticulous boatbuilding techniques.
Deck
The deck is hand laminated fiberglass with balsa core stiffening and non-skid deck surfaces molded in. Toerails and handrails are teak. The companionway hatch has a fiberglass spray hood for foul weather protection. There is a sliding main hatch constructed of tinted acrylic with a teak frame. Two large aluminum framed hatches with translucent Lexan panels, four recessed fixed ports, and two opening ports provide light and ventilation in the forward and main cabins. An easily accessed foredeck anchor well simplifies the handling of ground tackle.
