RCD Status: The yacht conforms with the essential safety requirements of Directive 94/25EC or RCDII (2013/53/EU as appropriate (Recreational Craft Directive) and is categorised A – “Ocean” (or Cat B – whichever is appropriate)

Hull Construction:

• Glass/vinylester laminate with carbon reinforcements.
• Sandwich topsides and single skin bottom.
• Fiber reinforcements are multi-axial or unidirectional.
• Structural bulkheads are of veneered sandwich construction of marine grade waterproof plywood.
• Bottom stiffeners reinforced with unidirectional carbon and multi-axial grassfire in selected areas.
• Topsides finished in white gelcoat.
• Cove and boot top stripes in blue gel coat.
• Hull painting/Flexiteek (2022/23).
• Anti-osmosis epoxy  and antifouling (June 2025).

Deck Construction:

• Advanced laminate sandwich deck with unidirectional skins and low density closed cell foam core.
• Teak laid side decks, replaced with Flexi teak 2022/23
• 30mm high teak toe rails forward of mast.

Keel & Rudder:

• Antimony alloyed lead bulb and fin with upper flange recessed into hull.
• Fin bolted to hull with high tensile steel bolts.
• Keel is faired to zero tolerance with template control.
• Foam filled rudder with carbon/epoxy stock.
