Hull, Deck & Superstructure Construction:
- The latest 4th generation hull design from Morrelli and Melvin. Designed and structurally engineered to CE & ISO regulations and standards.
- Structural design and engineering by Morrelli & Melvin.
- Parts constructed in female tooling for minimum construction weight.
- Thermoformed core to increase strength and reduce weight. All installed.
- Infused carbon with Momentive epoxy, foam sandwich construction with Epoxy infused carbon fibre hull & decks.
- Additional carbon fibre reinforcing in highly loaded areas.
- The carbon laminate taping on the hull bottom connection joint is continuous and is not interrupted or omitted at or under the bulkheads.
- Watertight bulkheads seal off bow and stern compartments, in case of collision.
- Bulkheads inspected with Thermo Imaging to confirm bonding of bulkheads and decks.
- Non-structural partitions and sole floor boards built using E-glass & PVC foam vinylester; infused.
- Carbon fibre longitudinal stringers and ring frames.
- Structural composite hull floors to reduce weight and add stiffness.
- Carbon fibre chain plates.
- Underside of bridge deck without non-skid paint but with Hi VIS orange rapture.
- Metallic coloured topside paint Alex Seal Dolphin Blue M5927.
- Titanium deck bolts/screws.
